My father had a stroke when he was 56 and was no longer able to work. He owned a small construction company, of which, he mainly worked himself. After the stroke he was no longer able to do construction and his lively hood soon went away.
The next step that he needed to take was to apply for Social Security Disability Insurance in order to help support he and my mother. This was not an easy task and knowing what my father went through in order to get money from the government, I thought I would try and help others.
